need direct support from I/O Software. If you purchased SecureSuite with
an authentication device from a manufacturer or reseller, you should first
contact them for technical support. |

Software provides interactive
technical support to end users by phone or email
on a per-incident fee basis. |

Software Download - To support
our channel partners and end users, I/O Software offers a direct
download of SecureSuite XS software, documentation, and device support
modules. You must obtain a valid product license key to install SecureSuite.
Product license keys may be purchased from our
resellers. Please read all relevant documentation before downloading
and installing any of these files. |

Partner Support - If you
have purchased a bundled I/O Software product from one of our partners,
please visit our
partner support site for information. |

Bug Report - I/O Software
provides an online technical
support form/bug report form for all customers. Please note that, while
we appreciate your feedback, we may not be able to respond to every customer.
If you need direct assistance, you may need to contact your merchant/reseller
