application is designed for civil background check submission
to capture applicants' demographic, biographic, biometrics (facial, iris and
signature), and ten fingerprint plain (flat) impressions to meet the new FBI EFTS Appendix F standards. ICS electronically captures an applicant's
fingerprint using the off-the-shelf FBI certified livescan flat impression
scanner LS2 Check from Smiths Heimann Biometrics.
