Please take some time to report bugs or issues you may have encountered with our products. The more details we receive regarding your specific hardware and software configuration and the possible steps that lead to the problem, the easier it is for us to recreate and resolve the issue.

We very much appreciate your feedback, however, please note that we may not be able to respond to every report. If you require immediate assistance from our support personnel, please use one of our interactive support options. Before you submit a problem, please search our extensive knowledge base for a resolution to your support issue.

If you do not find an answer in our knowledge base, please follow the link below to our 'SoloSubmit' report form. All submitted bugs and issues will automatically be entered into our TestTrack database and assigned to the appropriate staff.

Once the issue has been resolved, our support staff may contact you, and all relevant data will be added to our knowledge base.
