I/O Software offers email based support at
standard support prices. Please see the 'Interactive
Support' page for pricing and conditions. Please carefully
fill out the email support form to submit your support issue, particularly
your email contact. We will not be able to respond to any incomplete email
support requests and requests that do not provide appropriate payment
information.
If you are a SecureTec SDK customer, you received
several prepaid incident numbers when you purchased the SDK. With each
incident, please submit one of your remaining prepaid incident numbers
instead of your credit card number and leave the remaining credit card
information fields blank. If you paid via phone or via purchase order,
you have also received a prepaid incident number that you need to enter
into the form.
By submitting this form, you authorize I/O
Software to charge your credit card with the applicable support
fees, or you authorize I/O Software to automatically charge your prepaid
incident number account.
Please note that you submit your payment information
