Authentication

SecureSuite is the most comprehensive and intuitive authentication management infrastructure available today. Applications

SecureSuite XS provides enhanced logon functionality, file and folder encryption, and application security. SecureSuite also offers single sign-on (SSO) functionality via an application that can be used to manage access to windows applications as well as web-based authentication. The Domain Account Profile (DAP) feature provides strong authentication capability when logging on to domains that are not protected by SecureSuite. Administrators can centrally manage authentication technologies and user accounts, configure security policies, and analyze event logs using multiple administrative tools.

Supported Operating Systems

SecureSuite XS Server supports Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003. SecureSuite XS enables remote access and cross-domain authentication, and leverages the Active Directory structure to make the authentication process secure, convenient, and quick. The workstation component of SecureSuite XS is designed for Windows XP and Windows 2000, and enables users to securely log on to local and domain accounts. SecureSuite integrates tightly and seamlessly with Windows, making it very intuitive and reducing efforts for training and administration.

SecureSuite XS Citrix Module

Using the strong authentication methods supported by SecureSuite, the SecureSuite XS Citrix Console enables advanced authentication from Citrix clients. The SecureSuite XS Citrix Console ensures secure connections, provides convenient one-touch logon to websites and applications, and provides support for all SecuireSuite XS Workstation functionalities with applications executed on the Citrix Server.

SecureSuite XS Server

Installing SecureSuite XS Server on a domain enables adminstrators to centrally manage user accounts, authentication technologies, policies, and applications. Credentials are centrally stored and provide secure access from any workstation within the domain. Users can use legacy passwords to log on from any workstation, and advanced authentication technologies to log on to the domain from SecureSuite XS Workstations. SecureSuite XS Server is fully integrated with Windows Active Directory (AD) and scalable to domains of any size. Integration with Active Directory provides a robust database, automatic loadbalancing, failover, and replication. SecureSuite XS Server also supports AD sites, Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP), silent/scripted installs, and remote access services.

System Integration

SecureSuite XS can easily be integrated with third-party applications. I/O Software offers a Software Developer Kit (SDK) that provides system integrators and application developers with powerful tools to integrate the strong authentication and user management functionalities of SecureSuite XS into their own applications. SecureTec SDK gives system integrators and developers immediate access to all of the supported authentication technologies and eliminates the risk of becoming locked into a single and/or proprietary technology.
