In our December Newsletter we would like to take the oportunity to thank all our partners, clients, and friends for their support in 2001. I/O Software's SecureSuite is named Codie Award Finalist
SecureSuite 3.5 was recently tested by the SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association), and it has been named Finalist in the Best Security Solution Codie category for the Codie Award 2002. The SIIA 2002 Codie Awards showcase the software and information industry's finest products and services and honor excellence for corporate achievement and philanthropic efforts.

SecureSuite 3.5 is Scheduled for Release to Clients
I/O Software is making it easier for its clients to return back to work after a long holiday break. In early January, I/O Software's partners and clients will be receiving I/O Software's SecureSuite 3.5 product for distribution with their devices.
SecureSuite 3.5 is a considerable step in an ongoing development to create a powerful and universal authentication platform, and it supports for a rapidly growing number of authentication devices. SecureSuite 3.5 offers improved administrative policy features, a fully integrated and MMC based User Manager, a simpler and more intuitive interface, and support for Windows XP. Passenger ID Project Development on Track
The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) announced earlier that it is developing a National Air Transportation Security Identification System. The project is created as a public/private sector partnership with the support of the Federal Aviation Administration and a team of experienced industry and technology partners. Some of I/O Software's partners include Microsoft, ChoicePoint, Quest and Lockheed Martin.
I/O Software is on track with its efforts, and it is presently wrapping up the software development for the initial pilot deployment, scheduled to be launched in January 2002. The software is architected to use smart cards containing digital certificates and signed biometric template information to confirm a cardholder's true identity.
