During a Citrix terminal session, SecureSuite creates a "Citrix virtual channel" for SecureSuite data transfer in order to enable device redirection between a Citrix client computer and a Citrix server. In essence, the SecureSuite virtual channel allows the mapping of authentication devices that are physically present on a Citrix client system to the Citrix server that the SecureSuite system is running on. This implementation allows for seamless integration and support of the remote Citrix client and enables all standard SecureSuite functionality including user profile management and enrollment, user authentication, and other device-dependent features.
